In this role you will provide evidence based Lymphoedema Physiotherapy clinical services (including assessment, planning, intervention, and care co-ordination), to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
• Temporary, flexible part-time for 12 months (30.4 hours per f/n)
About the role
The purpose of the role is to deliver high quality Lymphoedema Physiotherapy clinical services within a multi-disciplinary environment, within the West Moreton Hospital and Health Service. Future vacancies within the next 12 months may be filled through this recruitment. Preferred days are Tuesday and Wednesday.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrate high level clinical knowledge, skills, and experience across the spectrum of lymphoedema physiotherapy practice.
- Support and respect team members, communicating effectively, be flexible and demonstrate a commitment to the multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to quality processes and evidence-based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements, with an ability to apply established and evidence-based principles to complex Physiotherapy clinical services.
- Consistently and enthusiastically delivers a high level of client service.
- Proactively manages own continuous learning and development.
Mandatory Requirements:
