Redink Homes Southwest, Powered by the Scott Park Group is opening a brand new, industry leading retail & office space in Bunbury and we're looking for the right person to help our Sales Team reach new heights.As a brand, we’re flipping the Southwest building industry on its head - and we want someone special to do the headstands with us!
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our vibrant team located in Bunbury. With a large Sales Team and wide market appeal of two brands, you will head up the Redink Southwest brand - in collaboration & conjunction with our SW1 Homes Sales Manager, to lead our Sales Team to success.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a New Homes sales team effectively, driving them towards achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the New Home construction industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and sales process.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential homebuyers, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and success in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, Train & Mentor Sales Team - Holding regular One on One's with each Sales Professional, you will quickly build rapport and uncover their “why” - leveraging this relationship to drive Sales Performance from each team member
- Liaise with Sales Staff on deal submissions and ensuring submissions meet our compliance standards
- Exclusive Opportunities are what set us apart - you will use your relationships with key stakeholders to bring to the business exclusive Land, Finance and Packaging opportunities
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve Win - Win outcomes for Client, Sales Professional and Business
