Job description

Are you ready to be a part of something extraordinary? As we gear up for an amazing 2024, we're thrilled to announce that we're expanding the Advanced Dental Artistry team and proactively seeking exceptional individuals to join us on our mission to change lives—one smile at a time.

Who We Are

At Advanced Dental Artistry our mission is to transform lives with a smile.

Our philosophy is to provide the highest quality service and predictable long-term dentistry to our clients. We don’t just ‘patch -up’ teeth, we create patients with confident smiles and dental function for years come.

We are dedicated to our team and that’s why we ensure everyone is provided the best development opportunities and that we learn and grow together.

We believe in providing a space that is rewarding, open and exciting for our team and we pride ourselves in being at the forefront in the ever-changing world of dentistry.

What we value

  • We apply a Progressive Philosophy in all that we do. We encourage new ideas and sharing views, being courageous and taking things to the next level. We pride ourselves on being leaders in our field.
  • We go Above & Beyond in the level of care that we give to our clients and team – in how we talk, how we act and the decisions we make.
  • We strive to create Defining Moments by giving space, empathy and support for others and celebrating their success and achievements.

We feel that to be a part of our team is a truly unique opportunity for someone searching to be part of something that really makes a difference in people’s lives.

About the Role

Our New Patient Team are the first personal interaction that our New Patients experience. These are often patients who are highly nervous, require clear information and emotional support to take their first step toward a new smile.

This role requires sincerity, the ability to authentically connect and strong verbal and written communication skills. This is predominantly a ‘sales’ role, with important targets to reach, whilst still maintaining the highest possible level of patient care. Sources of enquiry will come to you across various platforms (online, instant messenger, phone, email and in person).

It's a busy role, so the right candidate will be able to balance a high work flow and tailored care to every enquiry.

Alongside your New Patient responsibility, a portion of this role will be spent with our Front Desk team. Another crucial milestone in our patients' experience!

This part of your role will require you to provide a steady and reassuring presence to our clients. You will also support our team by communicating calmly and clearly throughout the client management process, as well as supporting an efficient and well-organised appointment scheduling system and admin processes.

This role is a true privilege as you get to connect with every patient that walks through our doors. Our Front Desk team are often referenced as people who have had a HUGE impact on our patients journey, as the first smiling face they saw when they nervously entered our clinic, to the last words of support before they take their new smile out into the world :)

About You

You’re motivated by the chance to help, make a real difference and transform people’s lives.

You’d describe yourself as a bit of a perfectionist, a good judge of situations and at thinking on your feet. You love working in a team environment. Others would describe you as a positive, supportive, calm and confident presence. You’re a solution-focused individual who thrives on moving towards challenging goals.

Preferably, you will have at least two years experience in the dental industry, have worked as the ‘face’ of a client-focused business in the past, or an interest in the dental industry and particularly strong time-management skills. Aligned sales experience will be highly valued.

What You Get in Return

  • Competitive Salary package
  • Warm, cosy, modern, sophisticated workspace
  • Awesome central West Perth location
  • Progressive, fun and supportive team culture
  • Opportunities for growth, development and career progression
  • Regular social and team building events
  • Four day week (no work on Fridays)

How to Apply

We pride ourselves on being a progressive business. If you’re interested in joining our wonderful team, we invite you to send us both your CV and a short (max 2 minutes) video of why you want to join our team and why you’d be a great fit for us.

Please send your application to *******@adaperth.com.au

We would love to hear from you!
