About the Role:
As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving health outcomes and enhancing patient experience. Your primary responsibility is to engage with patients through outbound phone conversations (usually from calls they have booked with us), providing compassionate support and guidance throughout their journey. Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, you'll champion patient-centric initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients through outbound calls, guiding them through their treatment journey and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Provide empathetic support to patients, resolving issues, and fostering trust and confidence in our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize Patient Engagement strategies.
• Summarise patient feedback and insights, contributing to the enhancement of our telehealth platform and services.

About You:
Skills and Mindset:

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in outbound/inbound sales, with a demonstrated track record of improving conversion rates and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Empathetic and compassionate, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt your communication style to connect with diverse patient demographics.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in healthcare or a strong interest in health and wellness.
