New Starter/Member Care Consultant (CASUAL)

We are looking for a New Starter/Membership Consultant to join our team. As a New Starter/Membership Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our membership base and achieve our business objectives.

The hours (note split shift on some days is required)

• Monday - Friday (AM), 5:45am - 12:15pm
• Tuesday & Friday (PM), 3:30pm - 7:30pm
• Saturday, 6:45am-10:15am

Our Founders, Pamorn Martdee & Whitney Tuna, started Champions Gym in 2012 with the aim of helping people reignite passion for health and fitness, providing martial arts and lifestyle clubs pushing people to live their best life everyday!

THE CARE YOU SHOW TO OUR NEW STARTERS AND MEMBERS IS KEY  and we are looking for someone who loves helping people become their best

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current members through effective communication and exceptional customer service
• Conduct tours of the club and provide information on membership options and benefits
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to assist the team with conversions into membership sales
• Work with the wider team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies
• Maintain accurate records of membership sales, enquiries and customer interactions in our CRM system, Clubworx

Requirements:

• Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the fitness industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
• Availability to work flexible hours including split shifts and weekends.
• Reliable transportation.
