About the role
As a key member of the team, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of skilled tradespeople including electricians and plumbers, to maintain and repair essential machinery and equipment. Your proficiency in fault finding and repair will be essential in resolving unexpected breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption and downtime.
- Oversee maintenance operations from start to finish across two sites – slaughterhouse and packing.
- Utilise preventive, proactive and reactive maintenance strategies to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety
- Lead a team of skilled tradespeople
- Proven experience in food / meat or poultry maintenance role
- Demonstrated expertise in fault finding, repair, welding and sheet metal work
- Ability to handle complex machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese language would be an advantage
- Trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Additional certifications
- Open to full time or 30 hours per week
