SalaryThe Residential Aged Care industry is looking out for committed Registered Nurses to join permanent rosters and care for the elders in our communities across Australia. One of the Providers E4 are supporting at the moment is seeking Registered Nurses for a Nursing Home in the Curtin ACT area.
While recent years has seen a candidate preference towards temporary work, taking on some permanent shifts would bring vast improvements to continuity of care for residents. This particular opportunity is for:
- Either a full-time permanent or part-time permanent role with a mix of night shifts availble.
- At a Nursing Home in Curtin in the ACT area.
- This site is owned by a long-established not-for-profit Aged Care Provider.
- Rates will be as per experience on their EA: Up to $55ph + Penalties + Super + Salary Packaging PLUS a $1000 retension bonus after 6 months.

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Prior experience working as a RN in Residential Aged Care.
- Excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
