Your new team:
The Security Integration (SI) team protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss, and risk events through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy, and operational risk.
The SI team is passionate about identifying opportunities to leverage existing and new technologies to mitigate risks that span across cyber, fraud, and protective security domains.
Your impact and contribution:
As the Senior Manager Remediation, you will manage the Group’s urgent care program and drive core remediation initiatives across the wider Group/corporation.
You will drive change and accountability whilst consulting technical and functional stakeholders across a variety of core initiatives and remediation objectives.
You will also:
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive innovation and insights.
Negotiate a shared understanding of requirements across stakeholders.
Contribute to business cases for remediation initiatives, ensuring the proposed approach is in line with Group standard delivery processes.
Work with the businesses’ risk management and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, risk standards, and regulatory obligations are met.
Act as an escalation point to resolve issues across complex remediation issues.
Foster a high-performance culture through visible leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
Run sprints, scrums, and project delivery capabilities to keep everyone accountable.
Coordinate a variety of core activities including:
Reporting to key stakeholders including the CBA Board, C+ level execs, Risk and BU leadership.
Liaising with crews across Group security and CTO to ensure core objectives are met.
Financial management of key remediation programs.
We are interested in people who:
Have worked within a similar senior role preferably across delivery/program management. including but not limited to; infrastructure, network hosting cloud, application, application patching, identity management, vulnerability management, security controls, security by design, 3rd part security etc. and driving accelerated remediation objectives.
You will bring:
The ability to drive outcomes and optimise technologies and operations across the Groups Urgent Care Program and remediation initiatives.
Experience in managing dependencies between complex environments.
Proficiency in critical thinking and driving productivity improvements.
Qualifications in agile practice, preferably - setting up a scrum boards, running sprints etc.
A strong understanding across various cyber security domains is essential.
