Mon, Tues, Sun
Week 2
Mon, Tues, Wed, Sun
Under the guidance of the Clinical Manager, responsibilities include conducting thorough nursing assessments, fostering resident independence, managing medications, and collaborating with medical practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals in resident care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
