We are searching for energetic Registered Nurses at our 90 bed Aged Care Facility Ruby Manor in Sydney.
Night shifts and some other shifts available
This position is located at 10 Ruby Street Carramar NSW 2163
Responsibilities:
· Adhering to company policies and procedures in Clinical Care service delivery and provision of quality care for all residents.
· Assessments, care planning and proper documentation.
· Engage residents and/or their representatives in the development of the resident’s care plans and care.
· Guide care team to provide appropriate clinical and personal care to residents
· Health emergency responses, including identification of acute deterioration in residents and Incident management.
· Conducting wound and pain assessments; administer wound and pain management regimes.
Successful candidates will have:
· A current AHPRA registration
· Demonstrate good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
. Good computer skills ie. MS Office, Web apps on PC & Mobile, Zoom
