We are looking for Night Van Drivers to join our team as Operations Specialists! You will get to work as part of a supportive team, distributing share e-Bikes to key locations across inner-Sydney for Lime.
You will navigate to locations, swapping old batteries for charged ones in the e-Bikes and ensuring the Lime fleet is parked in a compliant manner around the city. When a vehicle needs servicing, you will retrieve it and bring it back to base.
You will start and finish every shift at our warehouse in St Peters, where you’ll be supplied with a van, equipment and technology (phone) to undertake your tasks.
Example responsibilities and tasks:
• Utilise Lime’s operations app to undertake tasks and submit reports
• Follow directions to map locations and undertake tasks as required
• Perform in field swaps of e-bike batteries that are low on charge
• Communicate with and respond quickly to live requests, including through app use.
• Move share bikes to different locations
• Retrieve sharebikes from undesirable locations
Available shift schedules:
We are currently offering Casual positions, under the Vehicle Repair, Service and Retail Award [MA000089] Level 3.
- Monday to Friday (6pm - 6am): $36.12 per hour
• 25 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver's license - comfort with driving and parking larger vans safely
• Fit and active - able to lift 30kgs frequently
• Familiarity with using smartphones / technology (iOS/iPhone experience preferred)
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (safety permitting)
• Great attitude and collaboration skills - teamwork is key to success
