We will invest in you through our Driver Academy, funding your Heavy Rigid licence training and supporting you through our comprehensive onboarding and mentoring program.
All you need is an Australian driver’s licence (with at least two years full licence status). No other experience is needed because we value your diverse background, we will provide you with all the training and support you need to thrive in your new role.

Agitator Drivers are core to our business, keeping our concrete business running efficiently every day. The job involves driving an Agitator Truck, mixing aggregate ingredients, and safely making concrete deliveries to construction sites and customers.
With vacancies across 2 key sites, you will be part of a tight knit class learning the ropes together.

Our trucks are modern, clean and have automatic transmission and power steering. They are fitted with active safety technology and inherent passive safety features, making them the safest trucks in the Australian market.
Selection Process - it’s a two-way street!
This is as much about you getting to know us as us getting to know you. You will be invited to a site tour where you will have the opportunity to see the trucks up close and talk to our friendly staff. We will also conduct a short one-on-one interview with you.
The Driver Academy
Once successful, you will attend a two-week Driver Academy Course including two days of pre-licence test training with an RTO to attain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence. From there we offer a full onboarding program and will pair you up with an experienced Agitator Driver to get practical experience with the best in the industry, before jumping behind the wheel.

Screening Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment commercial driver medical which includes a drug test.
- Hold a full Australian Driver’s License for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual)
- Be able to meet the criteria for licencing, which includes signing a declaration about medical conditions, interlock devices and outstanding fines and disqualifications.
- Undertake a Police check
