THE ROLE
Our next Nike Castle Hill Manager will be a dynamic, motivated, results driven person who has a natural ability lead from the front and inspire others while carrying out effective training and performance management.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching your athletes and for upholding the high standards that come with running a Nike store.
This opportunity will see you work collaboratively with Head Office to identify the needs of your store to further elevate its potential and nurture a team of staff that are inspired to create memorable and knowledgeable experiences for our customers.
While customer experience will always remain at the top of your priorities, your other responsibilities will include:
- Engage and motivate your store team to meet store targets and KPIs whilst upholding company policies and values
- Nurture and develop your casual and full-time athletes to become capable, knowledgeable, and service driven individuals
- Lead, train and empower your management team to drive the values, policies, and procedures of the company
- Drive success by conducting regular training and mentoring along with providing feedback and carrying out disciplinary action where necessary
- Effectively monitor rosters to manage wage costs, staff safety operational requirements and coverage based on traffic trends
- Manage the store’s operations, inventory and OH&S standards
- Train and monitor adherence to Loss prevention procedures to support the team to implement these practices confidently
- Carry out regular and thorough KPI performance reviews to encourage performance and progression amongst the team
- Focus on recruiting for vacant positions to ensure staff levels are well balanced and insulated.
