They partner with independent practices, providing comprehensive support through head office services, including HR, marketing, and operational guidance.About the Role:As a Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Griffiths practice. Reporting to the Regional Manager NSW South, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional patient care, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive work environment.Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, providing exceptional patient care and leading the team in dispensing glasses and recommending lenses.
- Manage the practice's performance, focusing on revenue, conversions, and maintaining quality service.
- Oversee daily operations, including rostering, time sheets, and overall team performance.
- Drive sales performance through effective coaching and training, ensuring achievement of KPIs.
- Maintain operational excellence by implementing and adhering to business processes and procedures.
- Friendly, engaging personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Sales-focused with a drive to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Experience in optical dispensing preferred, but retail leadership experience will also be considered.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + Super.
