Within this context, the Non-Executive Director is expected to provide strategic input and sound corporate governance as part of the AQ Board to ensure that collectively, it fulfils its responsibilities to deliver its growth strategy and its mission.
While previous board experience is not a requirement, a commitment to upskilling in governance and the roles and responsibilities of Directors throughout the tenure is expected.
