To be a Chi Venue Leader, we look for people who love their customers, are communicative leaders and contribute to a fun and supportive team environment. Here's what we're seeking:

• Financial Understanding: Manage finances with precision, from rostering, COGs and stocktake.
• People Skills: Build and motivate teams, ensuring compliance and stellar performance.
• Dynamic Leadership: Dive in, lead by example, and inspire greatness.
• Positive Vibes: Bring loyalty, approachability, and openness to feedback.
