Positive Salary Packaging is seeking a dedicated and experienced Novated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Newstead, Queensland. As a Novated Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and servicing our clients' Novated Leasing accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the leasing lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

As our Novated Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalised support and guidance throughout the Novated Leasing process.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including onboarding, contract management, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their needs, provide recommendations, and optimise their leasing arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate lease agreements, vehicle purchases, and insurance arrangements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver value-added services to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, account management or client relationship management, preferably within the automotive or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Novated Leasing concepts, vehicle financing, and insurance products is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
