Who we’re looking for:

To sell novated leases to our clients, manage queries from prospective customers about novated leases and provide solutions that are aligned to the customers’ needs. As a Novated Leasing Consultant within the Novated Sales team, you will meet individual and team sales targets as well as drive product and customer update. Administration, including quoting and providing advice, will also be a part of this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling Novated leases through a variety of lead sources
  • Up-selling and cross-selling Novated products and services via inbound leads
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes
  • Identifying sales opportunities from the existing client’s database
  • Attending relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other Consultants.
  • Meet individual monthly sales budgets
  • Facilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations for the customer and facilitating credit applications

Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment or similar preferred though not essential)
  • Proven strong sales and presentation skills and displays a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment
