What You’ll Do:
- Ensuring the reporting of accidents and incidents promptly according to guidelines.
- Develop and document standards for emergency response and service disruptions.
- Assess and manage service impact risks.
- Oversee OCC team's management of programs and systems.
- Manage and supervise OCC Controllers, supporting optimal bus and driver deployment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Maintain positive relationships with all service users and providers.
Who You Are:
- A holder of a Business degree or related field;
- An experienced leader with a proven track record in a similar managerial capacity, ideally within the public transport realm.

- Experience in operational control center management.
