Are you ready to be part of the management team of our newly established Operational Support Group? CDC NSW is seeking an experienced Manager to champion the delivery of our on road support function. What You’ll Do:

  •  Ensuring the reporting of accidents and incidents promptly according to guidelines.
  •  Develop and document standards for emergency response and service disruptions.
  •  Assess and manage service impact risks.
  •  Oversee OCC team's management of programs and systems.
  •  Manage and supervise OCC Controllers, supporting optimal bus and driver deployment.
  •  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  •  Maintain positive relationships with all service users and providers.

Who You Are:

  • A holder of a Business degree or related field;
  • An experienced leader with a proven track record in a similar managerial capacity, ideally within the public transport realm.

Your Winning Traits:

  • Proven leadership experience with an innate ability to motivate and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Experience in operational control center management.
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills.
  •  Ability to handle emergencies and make critical decisions.
  •  Commitment to service excellence and safety standards.
