- Deliver and measure the Retail and Consumer strategy
- Accountable for general BAU being achieved at a high standard across all stores – promotional/seasonal/sale executive, VM, payroll, recruitment, inductions, deliveries, GPS etc
- Ensure store environments are attractive and on-brand to create a leading experience for the customer, with the support/direction of appropriate departments.
- Creating and fostering a highly engaged workforce and a workplace that is highly sought after within the market
- Achieve annual department sales and profit budgets at both store and portfolio levels – with a clear focus on pushing to constantly grow and deliver at a higher level
- Drive solutions by identifying where issues or inefficiencies may be – and raising ideas, plans, and approaches for execution.
- Demonstrates a positive leadership mindset, setting the example to the wider business of always looking to grow/learn, being self-aware, authentic and accountable, inspiring collaboration and a creative approach to action
- Previous experience in managing over 12 stores.
- A customer-centric mindset
