Founded on the values and principles of Christian faith, NT Christian College started teaching secondary education over 30 years ago. Our concept of delivery is unique and complex, a standalone in the NT. Delivering online, in-person and remote senior education across Gawa, Alice Springs, Nhulunbuy and three Darwin region schools; Marrara, Palmerston and Sattler. About this role:
The Principal will be a trusted leader who will develop teams, lead initiatives, promote the School's Action Plan, serve according to the Board's Strategic Plan, and guide pedagogy according to Christian education and biblical worldview. The Principal will foster relationships and reputation of the College within the local community. The role requires the highest commitment to the Lord, His Word and to Christian Education. Working closely with families and community, the Principal will lead with faith-based values and promote academic excellence. The Principal will serve as part of a cohesive Senior Leadership Team who lead seven schools across the Northern Territory.
NT Christian Schools exists to advance the Christian religion through the provision of education and religious instruction. For the purposes of upholding the Christian ethos of our schools, it is a genuine occupational qualification of this role that applicants be able to teach religious education, lead, and otherwise assist in religious practices and observances and personally adhere to, uphold, and authentically model the religious beliefs of NT Christian Schools.

Opportunity with NT Christian Schools:
- Six (6) weeks annual leave
- With NT Christian Schools you are eligible for long service leave after only five (5) years of continuous service as opposed to the standard ten (10)
- 5% Super Contribution on top of salary
- Fifteen (15) days of personal, sick or carers leave and two (2) days discretional leave per year
