The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our growing and amazing team in our Miranda Clinic.
To provide high quality, accurate and efficient Nuclear Medicine services to the business that meet professional and company standards, whilst ensuring an absolute commitment to the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and customers, and achieving quality, cost and productivity targets for the business.
I-MED is pleased to be offering an exciting new full time, permanent opportunity (part time will be considered) for an experienced or graduate Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Nuclear Medicine /PET team. Students will also be considered
Some of your responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
- Performing all aspects of Nuclear Medicine including radio-pharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures to the highest standard
- Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
Our Ideal Nuclear Medicine Technologist
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to perform high quality Nuclear Medicine examinations independently
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
- Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
- Applicants must be AHPRA Registered and hold an NSW EPA Radiation license (IA16D)
