Nurse Manager - General Practice

We are looking for an experienced GP Nurse Manager to lead our team at Leeuwin Medical in Palmyra.

Previous General Practice experience is essential.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead an experienced team of RN's 
• Ensure exceptional and efficient patient care in collaboration with GPs and the admin team 
• General nursing duties; maintain treatment room and manage patient presentations
• Collaborate with the practice team to lead CDM and health promotion initiatives
• Stock control and management

Essentials

• Full AHPRA nursing registration 
• Previous experience in an accredited General Practice, including Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments
• Previous people management experience
• The role is team-focused and patient-focused, requiring excellent interpersonal communication skills
• You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask
• We utilise a range of clinical and scheduling software which requires strong computer skills, experience with will be BP highly regarded
• We have a friendly and supportive team, so a positive, can-do attitude is essential
