The Role:
Exciting opportunities exist for Nurse Practitioner to join the Heart Failure team at Northern Health.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with extensive people management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with medical leadership to provide safe, high quality and timely patient care delivery within the Heart Failure Team.
The Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical expertise and collaboration for the transition and management of patients with Heart Failure associated within Northern Health.
This is a Permanent Part Time position.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Practitioner
- Approved Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner studies (Masters of Nursing Nurse Practitioner)
- Bachelor of Nursing (Post Graduate Diploma Cardiac Care and Post Graduate Certificate Coronary Care)
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and Knowledge
- Current National Police and Working with Children History Check
