About you:
- Provide specialist nursing interventions that demonstrate an expanded level of nursing knowledge and skills in the practice area of Renal Replacement Therapies (RRT).
- Evaluate service outcomes with specific indicators and benchmarking and apply appropriate change management strategies as required.
- Demonstrate the ability to promote, undertake and support research activities to support improved client care and best practice.
