Nurse Unit Manager - Perth

Henderson Healthcare is hunting for a Nursing Unit Manager to lead a Medical Clinic in Perth, Western Australia

The role:
The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Clinic, such as rostering, financial planning and budgets, managing quality and risk whilst ensuring we provide solutions in line with our policies and
procedures.

You are responsible for leading the delivery of comprehensive, safe and evidence-based nursing care to promote optimal health outcomes for all patients within the clinic. 

Benefits and Details:

• Monday to Friday (0800 - 1600) - Saturdays may be worked if short staffed 
• $120K - $124K per annum + super 
• Attractive Salary packaging up too $9,010
• 5 weeks annual leave 
• Travel expenses etc will be paid for 

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration
• A Pro Choice Advocate and champion of women and pregnant people's right
• Knowledge of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and ACORN Standards
• Experience in day surgery, recovery and/or women's health
• Desirable to have: Perioperative post-grad, Family Planning Certificate or Midwifery Qualification, Phlebotomy competency, Ultrasound scanning skills
