AddressWe are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Nurse Unit Managers to lead nursing teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care around Perth CBD and Remote locations around Western Australia. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated nursing leader to make a significant impact within the hospital environment.
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team
- Oversee the delivery of nursing care within the unit, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
- Monitor and evaluate unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels, budget compliance, and efficient use of equipment and supplies.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning among nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff, management, and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Selection Criteria:
- Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience working as a Nurse Unit Manager Previously
- Immunisation Certificate will be high regarded
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
