An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Unit Manager to join the Theatre team at a private hospital in Brisbane.
ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership within the theatre complex.Key responsibilities include:

• Operational leadership to floor coordinators, nursing and orderly teams;
• Rostering, clinical audits & people leadership.

REQUIREMENTS You will have demonstrated proven experience, or a keen interest in people development and leading team culture whilst having a thorough depth of knowledge in ACORN & National Standards.
To be successful, you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Rostering experience;
• Experience leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach;
• Ability to communicate with influence;
• Proven time management and prioritisation skills;
• Demonstrate a good knowledge base in labour management;
• A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care.

REMUNERATION $61.97 - $66.41/hr
ABOUT THE FACILITY The hospital, located in central Brisbane, is an acute facility with a large theatre complex & a specialist centre. The hospital provides Acute Medical, Surgical, Rehabilitation, Drug and Alcohol and Critical Care services.
