About the Role This is a fantastic learning and development opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is looking to progress into a leadership position, or an existing Nurse Unit Manager seeking a new opportunity. This role requires a high calibre candidate with

General Medical/Surgical and 5-bed Close Observation nursing experience and demonstrated commitment to higher learning. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will work with and support nursing staff in achieving excellence in care delivery in line with best  practice and legislative requirements. The successful candidate will supervise, lead, direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes with the ability to manage financial and human resources.

You will effectively manage roster processes and allocate duties for all clinical staff. Your Skills and Experience Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated extensive clinical skills and experience as a Clinical Nurse or Nurse Unit Manager delivering high standards of clinical care utilising specialist knowledge Post graduate Clinical Nursing qualification (or currently working towards) Minimum of 3 years management or team leading experience Be professional and highly motivated with a passion for enhancing staff engagement Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment Remuneration
