This position offers a career changing opportunity for an experienced clinician with a Chronic Conditions Educator experience who is interested in living and working in remote communities. The Preventable Chronic Conditions Educator whilst living in Tennant Creek will be travelling to the Barkly remote communities to provide a specialised service. The Preventable Chronic Conditions Educator is part of a multidisciplinary team providing services to outlying remote communities.
The Barkly region is known for its beautiful desert landscapes, whilst in Tennant Creek take the opportunity of swimming, canoeing or kayaking on Lake Maryanne or just sit back and relax and enjoy the scenic landscape. This position is outreach based and remote travel is required to fulfil the requirements of the position.
Extensive remote travel is required to fulfil the requirements of the position.
