Nursery Hands/ Truck / Forklift Drivers 

GroLink Nursery, we are a highly successful wholesale Nursery based in Werribee South producing and supplying a variety of vegetable seedling plants to customers locally & throughout regional Victoria. 

We are currently seeking reliable Nursery Hands / Truck / Forklift Driverswith a flexible approach to working hours, for numerous positions we currently have available.

Main duties include: 

• Genral Nursery Hand work including washing racks and trays, Laying out plants, Racking up plants for delivery etc, etc.
• Regular customer deliveries of seedling trays locally AND throughout regional Victoria. 
• Forklift Operation – Working within our Operational Teams within our state of the art Nursery.

About you:

• Hold a current HR/HC Truck & Forklift License with at least 2 years previous experience. 
• Be the customer facing brand of GroLink.
• Respectful of company and customers premises and equipment.
• Meticulous about Truck / Forklift / equipment hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Start times and work hours may vary, therefore you must be flexible to work early morning starts and extended shifts, when required.
• Fit and able to manage some manual handling work.
• Reliable strong work ethic with a can-do attitude and ability to problem solve working within diverse teams with multicultural backgrounds. 
• Have a high regard for safety standards and proven ability to follow production processes and procedures.
