We have a fantastic opportunity at our Bentley Campus for a program and practices leader to join our babies' rooms, this role will see you drive the program and practice within the room and lead the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children learning and development. If you are Inspiring, dedicated and reliable to join our team now at the very start of our early education journey and help shape the way we believe Early education should be done.
We are seeking someone who is positive, fun and competent, who holds either a DIPLOMA and has proven experience leading and driving a strong educational program and support their team with the best quality practices.
The person who joins our team must be a highly skilled experienced professional, who is amazing with families, supporting staff and passionate for the EYLF
Requirements: -
- Completed Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an Early Childhood Setting as a Room Leader
- Dedication to ongoing training and self-improvement.
- Current First Aid certificate with Anaphylaxis & Asthma.
- A WWCC and Police Clearance.
- Child protection training. (or willing to complete)
- References.
Skills and Experience: -
- To participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of educational program whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
- Experience and passion for Reggio Philosophy (but not essential) and thorough understanding of the ELYF & NQF as well as NQS.
- Hard work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to be part of a team.

- Happy and Positive attitude with a genuine love for children. Excellent verbal and written communication.
