AddressKIDS ON BEAUFORT is a Unique Multi-storey Centre in the heart of Inglewood. We have a AMAZING opportunity for someone who is passionate, Inspiring, dedicated and reliable to run our Nursery (6 weeks-15mths) Room.
We are seeking someone who is positive, fun and competent, who holds either a DIPLOMA, ETC Degree, or is working towards completing a Diploma. This is a full-time position which also includes a RDO (Rostered Day off every month).
The person who joins our team must be a highly skilled experienced professional, who is amazing with families, supporting staff and passionate for the EYLF , which we are inspired by.
Requirements: -
- Completed Diploma or ECT Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in an Early Childhood Setting as a Room Leader.
- Dedication to ongoing training and self-improvement.
- Current First Aid certificate with Anaphylaxis & Asthma.
- A WWCC and Police Clearance.
- Child protection training. (or willing to complete)
- References.
Skills and Experience: -
- To participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of Kids on Beaufort Philosophy whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
- Experience and passion for Reggio Philosophy (but not essential) and thorough understanding of the ELYF & NQF as well as NQS.
- Hard work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to be part of a team.
- Happy and Positive attitude with a genuine love for children. Excellent verbal and written communication.
