About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Director (PAH Community and Strategy Implementation) is accountable for a number of service wide nursing strategic priorities and programs and is operationally responsible for Nurse Navigators across the adult mental health streams. The position is based within the PAH geographical area, providing professional leadership to addiction and mental health nurses based at the respective campuses. The geographical locality of the position facilitates working closely with the local leadership team to support the development, implementation and evaluation of nurse led programs.
