Our client is a highly respected Melbourne based healthcare provider, with their clinic specifically in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, with the option for clinicians to work with paediatric clients from their clinic or adults within the community in a limited radius from their home.
They are renowned for their comprehensive and client-focused approach, offering services to NDIS clients with a strong emphasis on paediatric and adult care. Their dedicated multidisciplinary team is focused on providing holistic services to their clients across a range of disciplines
About the role:
- Assist NDIS clients with a caseload tailored to your preferred area of interest see paediatric, adult or mixed ages clients
- Variety of settings including a mix of in-clinic, community and work from home depending on your preference
- Option to see clients from their fully equipped clinic space with all relevant resources provided
- Any community based travel to clients is limited to a 30 minute radius from your home
- Expectations of 5.5 - 6 billable hours per day, with a gradual build up during induction period and for those in their first postgraduate year
- Above award salary from $100K - $120K + superannuation
- A supportive work environment with weekly team meetings, fortnightly formal supervision, and opportunities for both formal and informal mentorship
- Flexible working arrangements, including clinic work, mobile services, and remote options
- An engaging team culture with plenty of events and gatherings, known for throwing regular social gatherings
- Commitment to professional growth, with a graded orientation process including shadowing opportunities
- Team of more than 5 x Occupational Therapists in addition to the larger multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and more
- Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
