Our #ActionPacked Graduate Program provides you with a well-rounded knowledge base that sets you up for success, while providing several layers of built-in supervision. You will...
- Build your capability across many areas of OT, including assistive tech, home mods, paediatrics, SIL/SDA/ILO and mental health.
- Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity
- Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities

About your AAA-Team
Our Hobart team is all about collaboration! You will be working alongside a dynamic and social bunch that includes our lovely Regional Manager, an Occupational Therapist (Team Leader), Clinical Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Behaviour Support Practitioner and Allied Health Assistant. We love getting together at our hobart office as well as local cafes to support participants, socialise and support each other. Our engaging and passionate Regional Manager, Lisa Wilkins, has personal ties to the NDIS, so she gets it! She strongly identifies with the Ability Action Australia values of tenacity and trust and is here to support you on your journey as a clinician.
