The Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Real Therapy Solutions, you will:
- Support children with a variety of presentations, focusing on motor skills, ADLs, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders.
- Work as an NDIS registered provider, managing a diverse caseload with comprehensive support.
- Engage in home modifications and prescriptions, expanding your skill set.
- Receive monthly one-on-one supervision from a Clinical Supervisor to further develop your skills.
- Participate in quarterly professional development sessions with our team of Occupational Therapists.
- Benefit from monthly coaching with our Clinic mentors to achieve your career goals.
- Work in a state-of-the-art clinic with some community work, providing the best of both worlds.
- Have a dedicated buddy for support through your induction and beyond.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow their skills, and are committed to positive client outcomes. You should be a supportive team player who enjoys a fun, dynamic workplace and focuses on person-centered, ethical interventions.
Requirements:
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current driver’s license and vehicle
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
