Based across Orange and Cowra and covering the Central West, we are looking to expand the availability, reach and access to high quality allied health care in the region. Our Opportunity 

PHYZX now have a rare opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a unique role for an experienced Clinician driven to make a difference in a multi-modality allied health environment. You will enjoy a diverse private caseload with a current focus on paediatrics. 

This position can be based out of our Orange or Cowra locations (or across both) and we are flexible on full or part time, employee or contractor arrangements based on your preferences and earning goals. Come in and hit the ground running with an existing client base, fantastic paediatric equipment and resources, a passionate and supportive allied health team and get involved in the great projects PHYZ X and the broader InterHealthcare team are delivering. With the benefit of extensive Support Office resources there is opportunity to lead and grow the OT offering for this region or develop into this space as you further your career. This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a regional caseload and/or leadership experience and we would be open to a 2 year fixed term role for those looking to gain this experience specifically in these areas. 

About you 

This role would be ideal for an experienced Allied Health Professional looking to take their career to the next level. You will have:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and relevant registration with AHPRA
• A few years experience and ability to work independently 
• Good relationship building capacity with a friendly approach to both patients and staff
• Experience managing a diverse caseload
• A desire to make a difference within your team, industry and local community
• Medicare Provider Number and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Rights to work in Australia
• Previous leadership experience an advantage or desire to develop in this space
