- Demonstrated clinical experience and ability to provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention in a variety of clinical areas including acute inpatient setting (Medical / Surgical / Aged Care) and sub-acute rehabilitation setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, including ability to manage routine clinical matters with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated skills in written and verbal communication with consumers, teams and agencies, with experience in clinical documentation, formal reporting and clinical handover.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high level of effective organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of relevant evidence based practice resources to guide decision- making and commitment to quality improvement.
