Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional independence and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and maximize outcomes for clients.
- Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and self-management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Proven experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a clinical or community setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting inclusivity and diversity in care delivery.
