We are in an exciting growth phase, and as a result we are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Kwinana, Mirrabooka or Ellenbrook. We can offer part time or full-time hours.

Position Overview
The Senior Occupational Therapist will provide OT support to a range of complex clients across the lifespan but predominantly in the early intervention, school age and young adult space. You will manage a diverse caseload (equipment, functional assessments, sensory & emotional regulation, social communication, fine motor etc.) providing evidence-based assessments and services in home, schools, community, and clinic locations. Liaise with NDIS participants and their supports – families, carers, health professionals, agencies – to understand the client’s needs and define their goals.
Design appropriate therapy and equipment recommendations and support plans.

What’s required?
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with a minimum of 4 years’ experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Enjoy the challenges of managing a diverse caseload
- Have the drive to develop skills and knowledge across a range of clinical presentations or want to further their expertise in an existing clinical specialisation
- Can build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
- A minimum PBS rating of Core, will be critical to your success in the role with a desire to progress to proficient
- High levels of motivation and resilience will be beneficial in navigating the complex cases and families teamed with a flexible attitude to accommodate the customer base.
- Some practical knowledge of Assistive Tech will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of working within the confines of the NDIS will be beneficial; and
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
