What you will be doing:
- Community-based assessment and therapy
- Role includes but is not limited to: ADL assessments, equipment prescription, report writing home modifications and in-home therapy
- Ages 18-100
- DVA, NDIS, Icare and Private clients
- Working environments: community, office and from your own home!
- Opportunity for a leadership role for Senior Occupational Therapists, get in touch to discuss this further
- Extensive induction period shadowing the team leader for 2 weeks
- Above award pay rates, earn between $75,000 - $117,000 + Super
- Focus on quality care rather than a focus on billable hours
- Training provided in areas where you need upskilling
- Regular inservices and case reviews with the team
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision (depending on experience)
- A day off on your birthday
- Reduced travel with maximum of 35-45 minutes from your home
- Enjoy a varied caseload of NDIS, ICare and DVA clients
- Hybrid working
- Laptop, phone and travel allowance provided
- Full admin support with scheduling

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
