We are currently partnering with our client to recruit a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering personalised occupational therapy services to residents, contributing to their overall quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' occupational therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to residents' goals and capabilities.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address functional limitations and enhance independence.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on strategies for maximising independence and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience in aged care or geriatric rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
