What is Therapy Focus?
Therapy Focus are a non-for-profit, community service organisation who are specialists in individual therapy. We have a team of clinicians and administrative support staff, who work collaboratively to develop comprehensive, individualised therapy plans to meet the needs and goals of our customers.

We are in an exciting growth phase, and as a result we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Bunbury. We can consider part-time or full-time hours. Whether you are newly graduated, have some experience or are a Senior OT, we would love to chat with you.
What’s the role?
- You will provide therapy services to a range of clinical presentations, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Downs Syndrome, and neurological presentations such as acquired brain injury. Alternatively, if you are an experienced or Senior Therapist you may come with specialist OT skills or areas of passion that support a more targeted caseload
- Deliver a wide variety of therapy to customers that includes support with community access, regulation, fine motor, and upper limb skills, developing independence with daily living skills, self-care and basic positive behaviour supports within home, clinic, school, and community settings
- Ongoing evaluation and review of customer's progress in line with their goals and plans
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring effective service delivery across the allied health team

What’s required?
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Enjoy the challenges of managing a diverse caseload
- Previous experience in the disability sector is highly desirable
- Have the drive to develop skills and knowledge across a range of clinical presentations or want to further their expertise in an existing clinical specialisation
- Can build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
