AddressOur Client, a leading children's not-for-profit, is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team based in Peakhurst, NSW
This role will involve;
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's motor skills, sensory processing abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
- Develop individualised intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, with occasional group sessions
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to provide education, training, and guidance
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy with full AHPRA Registration
- Current Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must have or the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- A passion or interest inworking with children and their families
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
