Job description

Our Client, a leading children's not-for-profit,  is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team based in Peakhurst, NSW
  
This role will involve;

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's motor skills, sensory processing abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
  • Develop individualised intervention plans based on assessment findings
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, with occasional group sessions
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to provide education, training, and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities
The requirements for this role include;
  • Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy with full AHPRA Registration
  • Current Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must have or the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • A passion or interest inworking with children and their families 
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
