Occupational Therapist | In-Home Aged Care

Unique opportunity to join a fantastic not for profit organisation that has been recognised for leading the state in excellence in Aged Care community services. 

Due to their success and growing reputation they are looking for an additional Occupational Therapist to join their Allied Health team. This is an incredibly rewarding role, helping members of the community live their best lives and remain at home. 

The role is based around the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area with an office based in Newcastle. Full-time preferred, part-time considered.

What you will be doing:

• Working environments: community, office and Work From Home
• Providing assessment and therapy to home care package clients 
• Work collaboratively with case managers to develop therapeutic services that support health and well-being 
• Liaise with external stakeholders

• Limited travel time between clients (around 20 minutes)

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
