The Opportunity:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a dynamic and stable team, working collaboratively with other allied health disciplines. This role is not only busy but also incredibly rewarding, offering you the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
- Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios.
- Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
- Experience in completing ADL assessments (highly regarded).
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach.
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
