The Role:

• Office, community and hybrid working environments 
• Stirling, WA 
• Provide client-centered Occupational Therapy services, enhancing participation in daily activities.
• Build skills and capacity, addressing barriers to independence.
• Focus on achieving NDIS and personal goals for clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Deliver assessments, interventions, and high-quality reports within specified timeframes.
• Create Implementation Plans and contribute to case management activities.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to excel in all areas of occupational therapy.

How You Will Be Supported:

• Comprehensive induction and training program, including New Graduate support.
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced therapists for skill enhancement.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full APHRA registration 
• Working With Children Check 
• National Police Check 
• Driver's license and own car
