About the Role
We are looking for an
Occupational Therapist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for
NDIS Participants and their families. Within this role you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions and reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic and community settings.
You will collaborate and communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, teachers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach. We will offer you a unique senior support structure that provides you with the flexibility to either work as a generalist or tailor your caseload to meet your needs in a specific area:
Mental Health / Psychosocial Disability
Home Modifications
Housing
Assistive Technology
Paediatrics

Meet your Team Leader!
Pauline is the Team Leader for both the North-West Metro and Ballarat teams. Her career as an Occupational Therapist began 7 years ago and National 360 has had the pleasure of having her for the last 4 years. There are many areas of interest to Pauline, including mental health and assistive technology prescription. When Pauline is not at work, she enjoys the footy, cooking & baking.
About You
We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 1 year experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the private or public sector
AHPRA Registration
NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
Current Australian driver’s licence
Ability to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations based on State Government requirements (or applicable exemption)
