We are currently seeking a dynamic Mobile Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist to join us on a contractor basis. This opportunity is well-suited for both recent graduates and experienced professionals seeking to apply their expertise across a diverse and fulfilling caseload. The Role:
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Traveling to clients' homes for 1-on-1 therapy sessions across Sydney.
- Conducting assessments, devising and implementing tailored therapy programs to foster client growth and goal achievement.
- Maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders and allied health professionals, such as Exercise Physiologists, Support Coordinators, and Physiotherapists, to ensure top-notch client care.
- Crafting NDIS reports and conducting reviews.

About You:
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing strong rapport with clients and their families.
- Collaborating with participants and their families to delineate goals and devise action plans collaboratively.
- Delivering interactive, evidence-based care to yield impactful outcomes.
- Write in-depth reports for the participants to support them during plan reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology/Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- OT - Current AHPRA registration
- Speech Pathologist - Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Working with Children's Check.
- Australian Driver's License with access to a vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.
